1. Introduction

Welcome to Gen Dimension ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website at gendimension.co.za and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Gen Dimension is a South African furniture retailer based in Clayville, Gauteng, delivering across South Africa.

2. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order.
• An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and verified.
• If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
• Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is processed securely via PayFast. We accept card payments, SnapScan, and EFT/Instant EFT through the PayFast payment gateway.
• Gen Dimension does not store your card details. All payment information is handled directly by PayFast.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
• PayFast transaction fees (2.9% + R1 for card; 1.5% + R1 for EFT) are added at checkout and displayed before payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

• We deliver across South Africa from Clayville, Gauteng.
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and product availability.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
• We will notify you of your order's progress via email and/or WhatsApp.
• Gen Dimension is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, force majeure, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@gendimension.co.za with photos of the damage.
• We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.
• To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@gendimension.co.za or via WhatsApp at +27 79 879 6513.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Product Descriptions

• We make every effort to display product colours and dimensions accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing tolerances.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Gen Dimension and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Gen Dimension's liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant product.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or website.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved under South African jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
